About my case

I come from Hong Kong. 

I booked a flight ticket in Kiwi.com on Sep 2021, it was cancelled, even the flight operator (Singapore Airlines) refunded my money back to Kiwi.com, but they just keep holding it till now, no refund.Of course I tried many ways to get back my money, communicate with their customer service, they just keep reply template message:

Even if we have already received the refund on our account from the airline, the system will refund it once it's set up for the refund.

I also try to report to Czech Republic Police (Kiwi.com is a Czech Republic Company), no response. It's extremely frustrated and the amount they hold is not small, I puchased 4 tickets for my family.

I found that many people are facing the same problem as me in the social media. It's absolutely a scam activity! I have no way to complaint, I create this website and consolidate everything I know here, and I would like to invite those who suffered from Kiwi.com and join together to fight against their scam activity.

You can contribute idea for what we can do in the local authority, and we can join together to report our issue. I hope we can prevent further scam and get back our refund.
